Our Client is a leading supplier of brake system technology that specialize in the development of braking systems for OEMs in Australia, North America, Europe and Asia and the supply of replacement brake components and innovative brake service solutions to the global Aftermarket.

Job Description:
1. Co-ordination of the Manufacturing teams within their control to ensure delivery of schedules on time, product quality levels are maintained and safety standards are adhered to
2. Co-ordinate training requirements across the business unit
3. Establish and review manning levels and labor allocations for their area of control
4. Plan overtime requirements to achieve schedules
5. Review business unit for system conformance
6. Implementation of Continuous Improvement of Lean Principles into the workplace
7. Follow HR procedures to deal with and resolve HR issues
8. Prepare Management and Production reports
9. Ensure compliance, at all times, of HS&E policies and procedures & proactively seek to remove hazards from the work place
10. Demonstrated working knowledge and success at implementing lean manufacturing systems and techniques.
11. People development and involvement focused
12. Compliance with ISO /TS16949 and ISO14001 requirement
13. Continuous Improvement all job responsibilities.

Job Location: Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, Rayong

Working Hour: Mon. - Thu. (Shift 1: 8.00-20.00, Shift 2: 20.00-8.00), Holiday: Fri.-Sun.

คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร:

- Thai male, age 30-35 years
- Bachelor's degree or Higher in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- At least 5-7 years experience in production environment
- Strong knowledge in Lean Principles, error proofing devices, design of equipment, design of both products and equipment for manufacturability, 5S, visual management, Just In Time
- Experience leading people in an industrial / manufacturing environment is preferable.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Available to work on shift.
