ช่วยตอบหน่อยครับว่าทำใมต้องมีทั้งใบ กว.และบัตรสมาชิกสภาวิศวกร

 ครับก็อย่างที่โพสนะครับ คือมันต้องมีเหตผลของมันที่ต้องมีทั้งใบอนุญาติและต้องเป็นสมาชิกสภาวิศวกร ถ้าสมาชิกหมดอายุก็ถือว่าใชอนุญาติหมดอายุด้วย แต่ทำใมต้องมีทั้งสองอย่างให้มันยุ่งยาก ตอนไปต่ออายุก็ได้ถามเจ้าหน้าที่ แต่คำตอบที่ได้ก็เหมือนกำปั้นทุบดินคือ พรบ.กำหนดไว้ (ไม่รู้เรื่องอะไรกันเลยรึไง) และก็อยากจะทราบว่าเก็บเงินค่าสมาชิกไปนั้นเอาไปทำอะไร เป็นสมาชิกแล้วได้ประโยชน์อะไรบ้าง

 สมาชิกสภาวิศวกร ใครๆก็เป็นได้ แต่ใบอนุญาติ กว. สมาชิกสภาวิศวกร ที่ทดสอบความรู้ หรือเรียนครบผ่านตามหลักสูตรเท่านั้น<br>ฉะนั้นต้องเป็นสมาชิกก่อน จึงจะขอใบกว ได้<br>สมาชิกสภา อาจไม่มีใบ กว ก็ได้

 ก็ช่วย ๆ กันเหมือนเป็นกองทุนให้สภาวิศวกรได้มีการพัฒนาช่วยกันคนละนิดละหน่อยค่าสมาชิกให้มีองค์กรอ้างอิง นะครับตอนผมไปต่อใบกว. ก็งง เหมือนกันตอนแรก โดนไปเป็นพัน....................... คิดในแง่ดี ๆ ( Positive Thinking)
